Warehouse Assistant

About the role

LifeHealthcare is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join its high‑performing team in Macquarie Park. You will work closely with other assistants and report to the Warehouse & Distribution Manager, ensuring efficient processing of orders and maintaining a clean, orderly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process orders, shipments and dispatches.
• Assist the Warehouse & Distribution Manager with same‑day pick, pack and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean and orderly manner.
• Coordinate, monitor and document all international, national and local deliveries and collections in line with the Quality System.
• Participate in stock takes and weekly cycle counts on specified products.
• Ensure housing and distribution of all products on a FIFO basis.

Required profile

• At least 2 years’ experience in a warehousing role, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of warehousing principles.
• Solid understanding of inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Can‑do attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment.
