Village Manager - Mining Village, Western Australia

About the role

KMH is seeking an experienced and motivated Village Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a mining village in Western Australia on a 2:2 FIFO roster. The role suits a hands-on leader with a strong background in village management, hospitality or facilities management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily village operations, accommodation and facilities.
• Lead, manage and support village staff and contractors.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and customer service.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections and general village upkeep.
• Manage staff rosters, reporting and administrative requirements.
• Ensure compliance with site safety policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Ideally previous experience in village, accommodation, hospitality or facilities management.
• Experience managing contractors and coordinating site services.
• Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Current C Class driver's licence.
