Vice President Relationship Manager – Core Coverage

About the role

This senior position leads Citi Commercial Bank Australia’s Core Coverage segment, focusing on high‑growth mid‑market companies with revenues of $15‑$150 million. Reporting to the Country Head, the role shapes franchise strategy and builds long‑term relationships with dynamic businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Core Coverage franchise and contribute to overall Australian CCB strategy.
• Originate, acquire and grow a portfolio of high‑growth corporate clients.
• Deliver integrated banking solutions across transaction banking, trade finance, lending, capital markets and foreign exchange.
• Own end‑to‑end credit relationships, structure complex financing and manage risk.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• 8‑15+ years of corporate/commercial banking relationship management.
• Proven track record in originating and growing mid‑market corporate relationships.
• Strong commercial judgment, leadership and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with growth companies, founder‑led businesses and private‑equity‑backed firms.
