Vice President, Global Sales

About the role

This senior leadership position is responsible for driving the global public‑sector sales strategy and execution across multiple regions, with a focus on expanding impact in the Public Financial Management (PFM) space. You will lead a distributed, high‑performing international sales organization and shape go‑to‑market plans that deliver consistent revenue growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global sales execution and develop strategic direction for public‑sector markets.
• Design and implement sales strategies focused on PFM solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles, including proposals, tenders, negotiations and closures.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior government stakeholders, partners and clients.
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting and performance reporting using CRM tools.
• Represent the organization at global conferences, trade shows and strategic client meetings.

Required profile

• 10+ years of international sales experience, primarily in the public sector or complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of leading global sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
• Strong ability to engage senior government officials and influence decision‑making.
• Commercial acumen, analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools for pipeline and performance management.
