About the role
The VET Facilitator will deliver practical training and supervise clinical skills sessions for students enrolled in vocational education and training courses such as Certificate IV in Massage Therapy and Diploma of Remedial Massage. You will help students develop safe, professional, industry‑relevant skills through demonstrations, supervision, and feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate practical skills sessions and practice classes for students.
- Demonstrate industry techniques, protocols, and professional practices.
- Supervise and train students during practical and simulated activities, including in the Endeavour Wellness Clinics.
- Assess and mark practical and theory‑based student assessments in line with training packages and organisational standards.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: Diploma of Remedial Massage or comparable manual therapy qualification.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
- Current Working with Children Check (or equivalent) before start.
- At least 2 years full‑time (or equivalent) industry experience in a relevant field.
- Practising membership of a relevant professional body for remedial massage, myotherapy or soft‑tissue therapy.
