About the role
The IOS Operator provides operational support to training serials, working under the Lead Instructor to manage the simulator IOS station and enhance immersive training experiences for C-130J crews.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare each training sortie and configure the IOS station for mission scenarios.
- Support delivery by role‑playing crew and non‑crew positions during simulations.
- Conduct debrief activities and contribute to post‑mission analysis.
- Operate simulator devices while multitasking in complex combat airlift scenarios.
Required profile
- Ability to contribute to complex combat airlift scenarios, both tactical and non‑tactical.
- Strong multitasking skills to run simulator equipment and act in key crew roles.
