Vehicle Return Agent / Outdoor Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Avis Budget Group at Perth Airport as a Return Agent, the first point of contact for customers returning rental vehicles. You will greet customers, manage vehicle check‑in, and ensure a smooth return process.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and expedite the rental car return process.
• Assess returned vehicles for new damages and report according to ABG procedures.
• Record fuel levels and mileage using handheld devices.
• Clean and prepare vehicles to company standards.

Required profile

• Full, valid driver’s licence.
• Availability to work days, weekends, nights on a permanent basis.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
• Willingness to follow procedures and company guidelines.
