Vehicle Return Agent – Customer Service at Perth Airport

About the role

As a Vehicle Return Agent at Perth Airport, you will be the first point of contact for customers returning rental cars. You will greet guests, process vehicle check‑ins, and ensure a smooth, friendly return experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and expedite the rental car return process.
• Inspect returned vehicles for new damage and report according to ABG procedures.
• Record fuel levels and mileage using handheld devices.
• Clean and prepare vehicles to company standards before the next rental.

Required profile

• Full, valid driver’s licence.
• Availability to work days, weekends, nights and flexible shifts.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales.
• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines.
• Comfortable using computer systems to input rental information.
