VCE Curriculum Content Builder – Unit 1 & 2 Media

About the role

The VCE Curriculum Content Builder will partner with ACC Victoria Online to design and develop high‑quality online VCE course content for Units 1 and 2 Media. This contract position involves creating curriculum, learning and assessment materials that meet VCAA standards and support senior secondary students in a fully online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging, standards‑aligned online curriculum for VCE Units 1 & 2 Media, following VCAA study designs.
• Create clear learning resources, including filmed lessons, practice activities and assessment tools.
• Use digital platforms such as Canvas and Google Suite to organise and deliver course materials.
• Collaborate with ACC Victoria Online staff, incorporate feedback and ensure consistency across the curriculum.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, student progress and deliverables within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Qualified VCE teacher or curriculum developer with a recognised teaching qualification and VIT registration.
• Evidence of right to work in Australia and a current Working with Children Check.
• Committed Christian willing to share faith and uphold the school’s child‑safety policies.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet project deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canvas learning management system.
• Competence in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Drive).
• Solid knowledge of VCE curriculum, assessment and VCAA requirements for Media.
