VCE Curriculum Content Builder – Unit 1 & 2 Applied Computing

About the role

The VCE Curriculum Content Builder will partner with ACC Victoria Online to design and develop high‑quality online VCE units for senior secondary students. This contract role involves creating curriculum, learning and assessment materials that meet VCAA standards and support independent online learning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging online curriculum for VCE Units 1 & 2 Applied Computing, aligned with VCAA study designs.
• Create clear learning resources, including filmed lessons, practice activities and assessments.
• Use digital tools such as Canvas and Google Suite to organise and deliver content.
• Collaborate with ACC Victoria Online staff, incorporate feedback and meet agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and student progress, and model the school’s child‑safe policies.

Required profile

• Qualified VCE teacher or curriculum developer with a recognised teaching qualification and registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
• Evidence of right to work in Australia and a current Working with Children Check.
• Committed Christian willing to share faith and support the school’s values.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently on a project‑based contract.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canvas learning management system.
• Competence in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Drive).
• Solid knowledge of VCE curriculum, assessment and VCAA requirements for Applied Computing.
