UX Designer

About the role

Flybuys is looking for a UX Designer to shape digital experiences for its rewards platform. You will collaborate with product, engineering and delivery teams to turn user insights into intuitive web and app designs.

Key responsibilities

• Work with product and delivery teams to understand user needs, business requirements and problem statements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs for web and mobile experiences.
• Apply the design system, brand guidelines and accessibility standards to produce consistent solutions.
• Prepare design specifications that help engineering build the intended experience.
• Support usability testing and validation activities, iterating designs based on feedback and performance data.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in design, HCI or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of UX, product or UI design experience in a digital environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating user‑centred design thinking across web or app projects.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers and business stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma or a comparable design and prototyping tool.
• Experience with usability testing and applying accessibility standards.
