Graphic Designer for Medical Foundation

About the role

The Graphic Designer will support the Epworth Medical Foundation by creating high‑quality visual communications that inspire philanthropic support, raise awareness and showcase the impact of donor generosity on patient care, innovation and research.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging creative materials for fundraising, donor engagement and awareness initiatives across print, digital, social media, video, events and publications.
• Develop donor stewardship collateral that visually demonstrates the impact of philanthropy.
• Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all EMF communications.
• Identify innovative design solutions to strengthen audience engagement and support strategic objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high‑quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in not‑for‑profit, healthcare or communications environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively, navigate fast‑paced change and meet KPIs.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience designing for both print and digital environments.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout and visual storytelling principles.
