About the role
Fever is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who is fluent in Korean and English to lead visual projects across its global brand. You will shape the visual identity, manage end‑to‑end design processes and ensure high‑quality delivery for digital, print and video assets.
Key responsibilities
- Conceptualise and develop visual identities, campaigns and assets that align with brand strategy and boost global presence.
- Collaborate with senior designers, strategists and video editors to turn concepts into innovative visual solutions.
- Maintain visual consistency across digital campaigns, paid media, print, on‑site materials and video content.
- Work with external vendors (print, digital production) to guarantee excellence in execution.
- Manage timelines and priorities across multiple projects, leading parts of the process and supporting the team as needed.
- Oversee artwork finalisation, ensuring technical standards for print, digital production and mockups.
Required profile
- At least 5 years of professional experience in high‑level design or branding studios.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, Auto Layout, automation).
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of InDesign and Canva is a plus.
- Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Magnific or similar) and ability to integrate them into workflows.
- Fluent in English and Korean with excellent communication skills.
