Urgent Care Clinic General Practitioner (FIFO/DIDO supported)

About the role

An experienced rural practice GP is sought for a community-centred urgent care clinic in Bathurst, NSW. The clinic offers consistent clinical work, flexible scheduling and dedicated support for doctors travelling to the region, including accommodation and transport arranged for FIFO/DIDO practitioners. There are no on-call or overnight hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage urgent, non-life-threatening presentations
• Treat acute care, minor injuries, acute illness and perform minor procedures
• Work in a structured clinical environment with established protocols
• Work alongside ED-trained nursing support, administration and IT systems

Required profile

• Experienced rural practice GP
• Willingness to work in designated shift times, ad hoc or regular, any day of the week
