Trust Architect – Responsible AI, Risk & Governance

About the role

Trust Architects build confidence in AI systems and the people who use them. In this role you will ensure that every AI solution delivered by Avanade Next is safe, reliable, and ready for production while helping clients adopt new ways of working alongside the technology.

Key responsibilities

• Set governance, risk and security guardrails before development starts and embed human‑in‑the‑loop controls as systems evolve.
• Design and run evaluation frameworks, accuracy targets, test harnesses and release evidence, holding the release gate with delivery and quality teams.
• Develop adoption and change approaches that build confidence through transparency, education and demonstrated outcomes, and redesign human‑agent interaction for real‑world work.
• Support executive and board confidence with clear governance frameworks and contribute reusable evaluation harnesses, guardrail patterns and adoption assets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in AI governance, model risk, security, responsible AI or large‑scale technology change and adoption.
• Hands‑on evaluation experience with generative or agentic systems and working knowledge of the APAC regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to build trust with skeptical stakeholders and to provide evidence‑based decisions.
