Trend Director

About the role

An experienced Trend Director is sought to join Supre, partnering closely with the Head of Product to define and lead the creative product vision. The role shapes how the brand shows up for customers through relevant, trend-led and commercially successful product, using global fashion, cultural and consumer insights to identify seasonal and long-term opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategic trend and creative direction across key looks, silhouettes, colours, prints, fabrication and graphics
• Work cross-functionally with Buying, Planning, Production, Marketing and Customer teams so ranges are cohesive, relevant and commercially considered
• Analyse emerging trends, cultural shifts and customer behaviours and turn them into actionable product opportunities
• Evolve best sellers, introduce newness and strengthen the brand's connection with its audience
• Ensure trend direction is expressed consistently across product, stores, online, campaigns, visual merchandising and customer communications
• Lead trend storytelling that brings key looks and product moments to life
• Inspire and develop a high-performing Trend team, building capability across the function

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant field such as Fashion Design, Trend Forecasting, Creative Direction or similar
• Extensive experience in a Trend Director, Creative Product Leadership or Design Leadership role in fashion retail, ideally youth or female fashion brands
• Ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders across Buying, Planning, Production, Marketing and Customer teams
• Deep understanding of youth culture, consumer behaviour and global fashion trends
• High level of organisation, strategic planning and leadership skills
