Retail Media Creative Specialist

About the role

Join an inclusive team powering iconic brands Kmart and Target as a Retail Media Creative Specialist. You will develop high‑quality creative assets that support advertiser campaigns and enhance the customer experience across multiple retail media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and campaign assets for in‑store, onsite and offsite retail media channels.
• Translate campaign briefs into engaging customer‑facing creative, producing static, rich media and basic motion assets.
• Build and maintain creative templates and reusable design components, adapting and resizing assets across multiple formats.
• Ensure all creative aligns with Kmart and Target brand guidelines and customer experience expectations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and to brief, maintaining organised asset libraries.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce rework and enhance creative efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years' experience in creative production, design, media, marketing or advertising.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, balancing creativity with execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Canva
• Figma or similar design platforms
• Basic motion and video editing for digital or paid media formats
