Travel Coordinator

About the role

The Travel Coordinator will support the HumeLink East project by managing accommodation and travel arrangements for the project workforce and staff. This role ensures cost‑effective, timely, and reliable logistics to keep the project on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate accommodation bookings, changes, extensions and cancellations for project personnel.
• Arrange flight and related travel logistics, working with Corporate Traveller and other providers.
• Plan accommodation needs based on workforce forecasts, rosters and project requirements.
• Monitor utilisation and booking data to optimise cost efficiency.
• Liaise with operational teams, site management and external stakeholders on movement and housing needs.
• Identify and resolve accommodation or travel issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with ACCIONA‑Genus joint‑venture standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Site Administrator, Project Administrator, Travel/Accommodation Coordinator or similar role, preferably in construction, infrastructure, mining or other project‑based environments.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume accommodation and travel coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
