Transport Coordinator

About the role

Snap Fresh is looking for an experienced Transport Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end transport activities at its Crestmead facility. You will work closely with production, planning and logistics partners to ensure goods move efficiently across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods against the master delivery schedule and monitor vehicle locations using TMS and 4PL software.
• Manage stock movements between central and local warehouses, anticipate capacity needs and provide proactive delivery updates.
• Maintain relationships with 3PL/4PL partners, monitor performance against SLAs and prepare regular transport cost and carrier performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with Heavy Vehicle National Law, Chain of Responsibility requirements and workplace health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or transport, preferably in FMCG, warehousing or aviation services.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, data‑modelling and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to warehouse locations across Australia when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience using 4PL management software.
