Parts Order Fulfillment Manager – ANZ

About the role

The Parts Order Fulfillment Manager ANZ will lead a high‑performing team responsible for ensuring parts availability across the aftermarket lifecycle in Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Manager, Planning & Distribution Services, you will balance inventory, customer service and supply‑chain cost objectives while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Parts Order Fulfillment team.
• Drive order fulfillment and inventory planning outcomes across Australia and New Zealand.
• Partner with local and global stakeholders to improve end‑to‑end supply‑chain performance.
• Manage complex fulfillment challenges and customer escalations.
• Develop and embed processes, governance frameworks and best practices.
• Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and support decision‑making.
• Balance parts availability, inventory investment and freight costs to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain, inventory planning, order fulfillment or aftermarket operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience handling competing priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment.

Required skills

• Inventory management, forecasting and replenishment processes.
• Experience with MRP systems.
• Data analysis and insight translation.
• Power BI, SQL or similar analytical tools.
• APICS (CPIM or CSCP) or equivalent professional certification (preferred).
