Transport Coordinator

About the role

The Transport Coordinator will manage equipment transport across Queensland and New South Wales, ensuring deliveries and collections are safe, efficient and on schedule. Working closely with customers, transport providers and internal teams, you will help deliver a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transport operations across the QLD and NSW portfolio.
• Schedule daily equipment deliveries and collections.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, transport providers and internal stakeholders.
• Obtain transport quotes and manage external transport suppliers.
• Prepare transport documentation and purchase orders.
• Monitor transport schedules and provide delivery updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve transport efficiency and customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Transport Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and solid administration skills.
• Customer‑focused approach with excellent problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience in transport, logistics or equipment hire industries is highly regarded.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary up to $85,000 + Super, dependent on experience.
• 38‑hour week, Monday to Friday with rotating roster (7:00 am–3:00 pm / 9:00 am–5:00 pm).
