Transfer Pricing Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

PwC Australia's Transfer Pricing team supports multinational clients with compliance and risk management, tax structuring and transactional advice, and with strategic decisions on global operating models, transfer pricing policy and trade practices. It is recruiting a Transfer Pricing Associate or Senior Associate to join its Perth team.

Key responsibilities

• Work on client portfolios, build relationships across industries and liaise with taxation authorities
• Use transfer pricing knowledge and market insight to guide clients through changing tax landscapes and manage risk
• Deliver clear, concise advice and offer informed views on technical uncertainties within each client's commercial context
• Manage and support teams and resources to ensure timely project delivery
• Promote technology adoption to improve compliance processes for clients and the International Tax & Trade team
• Build relationships with current and prospective clients to identify growth opportunities

Required profile

• Experience in transfer pricing at a global accounting firm or multinational organisation
• Ability to lead and support teams and manage multiple time-sensitive projects
• Natural problem solver who values innovative thinking for clients and stakeholders
• Commitment to integrity and care for colleagues
• Current working rights in Australia; the role is not open to candidates needing a work visa
