Theatre & PACU Registered Nurses – Cardiothoracic, Neurosurgical, ENT & Robotic

About the role

Join Calvary Adelaide Hospital’s large private Operating Theatre suite as a peri‑operative Registered Nurse. You will work in a high‑performing multidisciplinary team supporting complex Cardiothoracic, Neurosurgical, ENT and robotic surgeries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist peri‑operative nursing care in Cardiothoracic, Thoracic, Neurosurgery, ENT and robotic procedures.
• Work across Scrub/Scout, Anaesthetics or PACU areas on a 7‑day rotating roster with on‑call duties.
• Participate in orientation, clinical education and ongoing skill development programmes.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous peri‑operative experience in Cardiothoracic, Thoracic, Neurosurgery, ENT and/or robotic surgery.
• Commitment to high‑quality, safe, person‑centred care and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience in Cardiothoracic surgery.
• Experience in Thoracic surgery.
• Experience in Neurosurgery.
• Experience in ENT surgery.
• Experience in robotic surgery (General Surgery, Urology, Thoracic).
• Scrub/Scout, Anaesthetics or PACU nursing skills.
