Territory Manager – Surgical Technologies

About the role

Stryker, a leading global medical technology company, is seeking a Territory Manager for its Surgical Technologies division. You will promote capital equipment solutions that improve surgical waste management and operating room safety across hospitals in Victoria and Tasmania.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share.
• Build strong relationships with nurses, theatre managers, biomedical engineers, procurement teams and hospital executives.
• Deliver product demonstrations, educational sessions and training programs.
• Provide post‑sale clinical support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of proven sales success with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Strategic mindset with business acumen and market analysis abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Victoria and occasional trips to Tasmania.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Business, Nursing, Engineering or related field (preferred).
