Territory Manager - Neurovascular

About the role

Medtronic Neurovascular develops and markets medical technology, services and solutions for treating acute ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. It is looking for a commercially driven, clinically savvy Territory Manager to join its established Neurovascular sales team, represent its products and drive a successful territory.

Key responsibilities

• Drive territory revenue, market share and therapy adoption through strategic business planning and execution.
• Build relationships with physicians, healthcare executives, procurement stakeholders and key opinion leaders.
• Deliver clinical and technical expertise to support use of neurovascular products and procedures.
• Develop account growth strategies that increase procedure volumes, improve patient access and accelerate therapy adoption.
• Use data, analytics, forecasting and market intelligence to identify opportunities and improve territory performance.
• Maintain high standards of operational excellence, inventory management, compliance and customer experience.
• Lead through mentoring, coaching and sharing best practices.

Required profile

• High school certificate (Year 12) is the minimum requirement.
• Proven success in a territory-based medical device sales role, ideally in Neurovascular, surgical, operating theatre or a related healthcare specialty.
• Experience supporting clinical procedures and delivering technical product expertise.
• Demonstrated success managing complex hospital sales environments.
• Ability to travel as required to meet customer needs, attend conferences and business meetings.
