Director, Enterprise Growth

About the role

Probe Group, a leader in customer experience (CX) and business process outsourcing (BPO) with over 19,000 people across 28 markets, is hiring a Director, Enterprise Growth. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility to work remotely. The Director leads business development to drive revenue growth, manages strategic sales and develops new partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and create and execute growth strategies
• Lead sales campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless CX solutions
• Manage strategic sales efforts and develop new partnerships
• Engage with key clients at a high level to build strong, lasting relationships
• Champion innovation and support transformation efforts aligned with the company's mission

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development, focused on strategic partnerships and revenue growth
• Project management expertise to lead complex initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
• Marketing skills to guide growth strategies and brand positioning
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfort with hybrid work, showing adaptability in office and remote settings
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is advantageous
• Experience in customer experience, digital transformation or outsourcing is highly desirable
