Territory Manager – Neurovascular

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a commercially driven, clinically savvy Territory Manager to join the Neurovascular team in Sydney. You will shape the future of stroke care by promoting innovative technologies that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive territory revenue, market share, and therapy adoption through strategic planning and execution.
• Build and influence relationships with physicians, healthcare executives, procurement stakeholders, and key opinion leaders.
• Provide clinical and technical expertise to support neurovascular product use and procedures.
• Develop account growth strategies to increase procedure volumes and accelerate adoption of innovative therapies.
• Leverage data, analytics, forecasting, and market intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Maintain operational excellence, inventory management, compliance, and customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum high school certificate (Year 12).
• Proven success in territory‑based medical device sales, preferably in Neurovascular or related specialties.
• Experience supporting clinical procedures and delivering technical product expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex hospital sales environments.
• Strong analytical skills for data, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Willingness to travel as required within the assigned territory.
