Territory Manager - Emergency Care

About the role

Stryker, a global medical technology company, is hiring a Territory Manager for its Emergency Care division in Brisbane, Queensland. You will own your territory and grow the Emergency Care portfolio across metro and regional hospital accounts in Queensland, focusing on defibrillation and mechanical chest compression technologies used in emergency departments, intensive care units, cardiac catheter labs and acute care settings. The role is field-based with regular travel, including overnight regional trips.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market share by achieving territory targets and business objectives
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clinicians and key decision-makers in hospital emergency and critical care departments
• Deliver product demonstrations, clinical education and in-hospital support for defibrillation and CPR technologies
• Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent service, training and account support
• Identify new business opportunities and partner with other Stryker divisions
• Solve complex challenges with creativity, agility and commercial acumen

Required profile

• 3+ years of relevant clinical experience (e.g. paramedicine, nursing or related medical sales)
• Hands-on exposure to emergency care, critical care, cardiology or acute care environments
• Commercial acumen to grow your territory and influence purchasing decisions in hospitals
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• Preferred: understanding of public and private hospital procurement, tender and contracting processes
