Territory Manager – Ear, Nose & Throat

About the role

Medtronic is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive growth of its ENT portfolio in Sydney. You will partner with ENT surgeons and hospital teams to deliver innovative surgical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption and sales growth of Medtronic’s ENT portfolio across the assigned territory.
• Build trusted partnerships with ENT specialists, key opinion leaders, nursing staff and hospital decision‑makers.
• Identify new business opportunities through territory planning and targeted customer engagement.
• Provide product support in the operating theatre and deliver clinical education, demonstrations and training.
• Collaborate with surgeons to understand procedural challenges and recommend solutions.
• Analyse market dynamics and competitor activity to shape business plans.

Required profile

• Minimum high school certificate (Year 12).
• Proven success in a territory‑based medical device sales role, preferably within ENT or related surgical specialties.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet customers, conferences and business meetings.
