Territory Manager - Acute Care & Monitoring

About the role

Medtronic's Acute Care and Monitoring business, based in Perth, is looking for an experienced Territory Manager with a growth mindset. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager, who provides support, guidance and mentorship. The business develops technologies for blood oxygen management, respiratory compromise and perioperative complications.

Key responsibilities

• Promote, educate and sell products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and offer credible alternatives that benefit both customer and company.
• Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to sell Acute Care and Monitoring consumables and capital equipment.
• Provide education, training and case support to clinical end users and hospital staff.
• Manage customer queries professionally, with timely follow-up and resolution of technical and product issues, including after-hours support when needed.
• Maintain the highest level of product and technical knowledge.
• Recognise competitive products and gather market intelligence on customers and competitors.
• Implement market development plans and adjust them as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in sales or a clinical setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Valid driver's licence required.
• Preferred: experience in ICU, Neonatal ICU, Operating Theatre or Emergency Department.
