Territory Manager – Acute Care

About the role

We are seeking a Territory Manager for our Acute Care Division to drive sales growth across Metropolitan Sydney, Southern NSW, and the ACT. You will manage a portfolio of ICU beds, stretchers, transport chairs, emergency care equipment, and patient handling solutions, focusing on territory expansion and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales, growth, and market share objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical, procurement, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Deliver product demonstrations, evaluations, and training to support adoption.
• Manage sales opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to implementation.
• Analyse territory performance and adjust strategies to optimise results.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with revenue targets.
• At least 2 years developing and executing territory or account plans.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline through a structured process.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems for opportunity and pipeline management.
