Technology Risk and Compliance Leader

About the role

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior Principal to lead technology risk and compliance engagements across Australia. The role involves developing GRC offerings, managing complex projects, and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop diagnostics, strategies, road maps and business solutions for GRC initiatives.
• Lead complex engagements from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines, budget and quality targets are met.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to identify, sell and deliver GRC and strategic transformation projects.
• Contribute to firm building through recruitment, mentoring, thought‑leadership content and networking.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in governance, risk or compliance within consulting or corporate environments.
• Technology risk domain experience and proven ability to construct deals and lead delivery teams.
• Strong client and industry networks with the capability to grow an internal client base.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and team‑development skills.

Required skills

• Deep GRC industry experience and domain knowledge in GRC technology.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels.
