Technical Trainer – Artificial Intelligence

About the role

Join a national legal firm to lead the adoption of AI‑enabled tools and other digital solutions across its ACT or NSW branches. You will design and deliver engaging training experiences that help staff confidently integrate new technologies into their daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led sessions, workshops, webinars and one‑on‑one coaching both in‑person and virtually.
• Facilitate adoption of AI‑powered tools through practical, user‑focused training programs.
• Create learning resources, user guides, quick‑reference materials and supporting documentation.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues and act as a liaison between end users and internal technology teams.
• Monitor training participation, evaluate effectiveness and maintain knowledge bases, FAQs and training content.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with a customer‑focused mindset and strong facilitation skills.
• Experience delivering technology training in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Ability to adapt training delivery to diverse audiences and learning styles.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and commitment to high‑quality user support.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (document formatting, templates, styles, cross‑referencing, productivity tools).
• Experience supporting the adoption of AI tools and emerging workplace technologies.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Exposure to document management, workflow automation or legal technology platforms.
