Education Systems Support Officer

About the role

The School of Engineering's Education Portfolio is looking for an Education Systems Support Officer in Canberra. The role works closely with academic staff and course convenors to support large undergraduate engineering courses, coordinating and maintaining the systems, processes and tools that underpin effective course administration.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, maintain and improve the tools, processes and platforms that support course administration.
• Manage key education functions such as timetabling, assessment, examinations, results processing and learning management systems.
• Contribute to consistent, reliable and student-centred administrative processes across the School.

Required profile

• Preferred candidate must have the right to live and work in Australia.

What we offer

• Salary package of $100,847 - $116,083 per annum plus 17% superannuation.
• Fixed-term full-time position of up to 2 years.
