Technical eDiscovery Project Manager – Antitrust

About the role

TransPerfect Legal is seeking a Technical eDiscovery Project Manager to support its Antitrust Practice Group. Based in Sydney, you will lead the technical hosting and processing of electronically stored information for law firms and Fortune 500 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level technical hosting support to global Antitrust Project Management teams.
• Manage eDiscovery workflows including culling, processing, hosting, and conversion of ESI.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for internal teams and external clients.
• Coordinate multiple projects to meet client‑specified deadlines and industry standards.
• Execute document productions using Relativity and Reef Review, including Bates stamping, load‑file creation, modification, and OCR.
• Develop custom event handlers and Relativity scripts to improve workflow efficiency.
• Ensure smooth hand‑offs between day and evening shifts and maintain communication with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or JD, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of eDiscovery and technical experience, preferably vendor‑side.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Strong analytical, organisational and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, and be reachable when out of the office.
