Technical Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Designer to join our in‑house studio supporting a fast‑growing Australian green AI company. The role is full‑time, hybrid, and focuses on turning complex information into polished, publish‑ready assets across brand, campaign, digital and product projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design technical and information‑rich documents such as reports, white papers, product documents, capability statements and presentations.
• Establish clear hierarchy, navigation and consistent styles to make dense material readable and easy to use.
• Translate approved content into diagrams, charts, process graphics and infographics.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork and digital exports, ensuring correct sizes, resolution, colour settings, bleed and other production requirements.
• Maintain document styles, reusable layouts and production templates in collaboration with the senior design team.

Required profile

• Enjoys structure, precision and seeing large bodies of work through to completion.
• Strong editorial layout, typography and finished‑art skills.
• Experience with long documents, technical content, infographics or detailed collateral suites.
• Methodical approach to revisions, version control and deadlines.
