About the role
The Senior Designer oversees and leads the visual brand for the festival and its sub‑brands, ensuring smooth execution across all brand touchpoints.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the visual identity of the festival and sub‑brands.
- Execute brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Manage briefs and coordinate workloads of other designers.
- Balance competing priorities and deliver creative campaigns.
Required profile
- Proactive and conceptual thinker with broad creative campaign experience.
- Comfortable managing briefs, designer workloads and balancing priorities.
