About the role

The Senior Designer leads the visual brand for the RISING festival and its sub‑brands, ensuring consistent execution across all touchpoints. This role suits a proactive, conceptual thinker with extensive creative campaign experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the visual brand for the festival and its sub‑brands.
• Ensure smooth execution of brand assets across all touchpoints.
• Manage briefs and coordinate workloads of other designers.
• Balance competing priorities and deliver high‑quality creative work.

Required profile

• Proactive, conceptual thinker with a broad range of creative campaign experience.
• Comfortable managing briefs, workloads and balancing multiple priorities.
