Product Designer

About the role

As a Product Designer at More, you will shape end‑to‑end digital experiences that drive customer and business outcomes across mobile apps, portals and self‑service platforms. The role sits at the intersection of customer, business and technology, partnering closely with product managers and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive, mobile‑first experiences for our app, customer portals and activation journeys.
• Establish consistent design standards, workflows and design system evolution.
• Use data, analytics and experimentation (A/B testing, personalization) to iterate and optimise designs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, CX and marketing to balance customer, technical and commercial needs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience in digital product environments.
• Strong end‑to‑end design lifecycle expertise, from discovery to post‑launch optimisation.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product and engineering teams and influence stakeholders.

Required skills

• Mobile app design and responsive web design.
• AI‑enabled design tools (e.g., Claude Design).
• Data‑driven design, experimentation and A/B testing.
