Team Assistant for Audi & CUPRA Brands

About the role
Reporting to the Director of Audi, this permanent position provides high‑level executive and administrative support across the Audi and CUPRA brands. You will work closely with senior leaders to coordinate business activities, manage schedules and ensure smooth office operations in a fast‑paced automotive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the Director, Audi, including diary management, correspondence, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- Support the CUPRA Brand Director and wider leadership team with administrative and organisational tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, leadership forums and dealer events, handling logistics, agendas and supporting materials.
- Manage travel bookings, itineraries, expenses and purchase orders in line with company policies.
- Prepare, proofread and distribute presentations, reports and business documentation.
- Maintain SharePoint sites, calendars and departmental information to support operations.
- Facilitate information flow, approvals and actions across internal teams, dealers and external stakeholders.
- Assist with planning and execution of brand events, leadership meetings and special projects, attending when required.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail and professionalism.
- Proven ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and handle confidential information.
