Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join a well‑established professional services firm. You will work with a diverse portfolio of listed multinationals, large private businesses, and SMEs, delivering high‑value tax and advisory solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and tax returns for all entity types (excluding SMSFs).
• Manage complex corporate and international tax matters, including business structuring, R&D incentives, valuations, due diligence, succession planning, and major transactions.
• Provide creative advisory services to optimise clients' financial positions.
• Perform Div7A, CGT and FBT calculations.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in an Australian accounting firm.
• Tertiary qualifications in accounting or commerce.
• MYOB knowledge and a completed XECA/CPA qualification at the time of application.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with ambition to progress.
