Tax Accountant / Senior Tax Accountant

About the role

Steadfast is seeking a Tax Accountant or Senior Tax Accountant to join its finance team. The role focuses on tax compliance, process improvement, and providing practical tax guidance across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute tax compliance obligations, including lodgements and calculations.
• Develop, refine, and document tax processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Risk, and business units to deliver aligned tax outcomes.
• Support transaction activity, such as acquisitions, by providing tax advice and integration support.
• Respond to revenue authority queries and identify opportunities to strengthen tax controls.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across functions.
