About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ Retail Banking, you will deliver a seamless banking experience for customers, helping them meet their financial needs and goals. You will work primarily in a branch environment, providing high‑quality service and acting as a role model for peers.
Key responsibilities
- Drive customer engagement and advocacy by delivering tailored financial solutions.
- Participate in bank programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with ANZ and branch policies.
- Know your customer from a risk perspective and uphold regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
- Comfortable using digital channels and technology.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work collaboratively.
- Good understanding of compliance and excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience using digital banking platforms.
- Knowledge of compliance procedures in a banking environment.
