About the role
Randstad Australia is building a Talent Centre of Excellence in Newcastle and seeks three motivated Talent Sourcing Specialists. This permanent, full‑time or part‑time position focuses exclusively on finding and engaging top talent, with no sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume outbound candidate outreach, screening and interview scheduling.
- Develop and maintain a diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to align recruitment strategies.
- Execute quality candidate assessments in partnership with the talent delivery centre.
- Prepare clear CV summaries and manage administrative paperwork.
- Ensure candidate compliance with client requirements and company policies.
Required profile
- Polished, professional individuals who value process and procedure.
- Growth‑oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
- Experience in agency or in‑house recruitment, outbound call‑centre, customer service, administration or coordination roles.
- Comfort communicating with trades and technical professionals in industrial and operational sectors.
