Talent Partner – Legal & Finance Recruitment

About the role

Easygo is looking for a Talent Partner to lead recruitment for its Legal and Finance teams. Based in our Melbourne office, you will work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure top‑tier talent that fuels our growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for Legal and Finance positions, from job description creation to offer negotiation.
• Source candidates through resume databases, Boolean searches, industry contacts, professional networks and referrals.
• Engage active and passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Prescreen candidates via phone, video or in‑person interviews and present shortlists aligned with salary benchmarks.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, keep interview panels informed, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS, including job postings, candidate notes and referral tracking.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, draft compelling job ads and develop competency‑based interview questions.

• Proven experience recruiting for legal and finance functions.
• Strong ability to navigate competitive talent markets and adapt to industry changes.
• Excellent collaboration skills with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Detail‑oriented approach to managing recruitment processes and documentation.
