Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Join Georgiou’s People team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting recruitment across the NSW business. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring for a diverse portfolio of roles, building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from brief to offer and onboarding for NSW positions.
• Proactively source talent via LinkedIn, SEEK, direct approaches, referrals and industry networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support workforce planning.
• Partner with hiring managers, providing market insight and recruitment advice.
• Create targeted advertising and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Contribute ideas to improve sourcing, employer brand, systems and processes.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in recruitment or talent acquisition, ready for greater ownership.
• Experience in agency or in‑house recruitment, confident engaging with people.
• Proactive, organised, accountable and able to manage competing priorities.
• Curious and initiative‑driven, comfortable asking questions and finding solutions.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback.

Required skills

• Practical experience managing recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management).
• Confidence using LinkedIn, SEEK and other recruitment channels for proactive sourcing.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
