Talent Acquisition Specialist – Early Careers

About the role

Join KBR to lead the national graduate and internship recruitment programmes on a 12‑month parental‑leave contract. You will own the early‑careers talent pipeline, partner with business leaders and universities, and gain exposure across the Talent Acquisition function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of KBR’s national graduate and internship recruitment programmes.
• Manage the calendar of university engagement activities, careers fairs and employer branding events.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce and future talent needs.
• Develop and run attraction campaigns across multiple channels.
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews and assessments.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, student associations and external partners.
• Track recruitment outcomes and continuously improve early‑careers processes.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Required profile

• Some talent acquisition experience with a strong energy and enthusiasm for the role.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions‑focused approach.
• Confidence to work autonomously while collaborating within a team.
