Talent Acquisition Resourcer – Clinician (6‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Abano Healthcare is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Resourcer who will build and manage trans‑Tasman pipelines of dental clinicians. This 6‑month fixed‑term role focuses on sourcing, engaging and preparing clinicians to join our network of clinics across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute structured sourcing strategies for on‑shore dentists.
• Leverage AI sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms and traditional outreach methods.
• Create high‑touch, consultative engagement journeys for candidates.
• Understand registration pathways, relocation drivers and motivators for clinicians.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to match clinicians with suitable clinics.
• Develop ready‑now pipelines aligned to workforce demand.
• Track market insights and feed them into proactive hiring strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience sourcing hard‑to‑find professionals, preferably in healthcare.
• Confidence using AI‑driven sourcing tools and data‑driven recruitment methods.
• Structured, disciplined approach to pipeline management.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of workforce demand and market dynamics.
• High emotional intelligence and strong consultative engagement skills.
• Ability to operate across multiple time zones.
