About the role
Join the DCITHS Talent Acquisition team to deliver best‑practice recruitment solutions across the Department. The Talent Acquisition Partner provides recruitment support and solutions to enable the selection and engagement of a capable workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end talent acquisition services, including design and delivery of candidate attraction and assessment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with government legislation, policies and regulations.
- Deliver best‑practice advice to hiring managers and support stakeholder relationships.
Required profile
- Experienced talent specialist with strong networking and communication skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver excellent candidate outcomes in a government setting.
Required skills
- Knowledge of government recruitment legislation and policies.
