Talent Acquisition Consultant – Healthcare RPO

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our RPO team supporting a healthcare client. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding strategic hiring decisions in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executives to understand workforce needs and shape hiring strategies.
• Provide market insights, talent mapping, and data‑driven recommendations.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for volume, specialist and hard‑to‑fill roles, ensuring capability and cultural fit.
• Design creative sourcing strategies to reach diverse and hard‑to‑find talent pools.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned to future business priorities.
• Champion an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience across every touchpoint.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruitment partner with strong exposure to volume hiring in healthcare.
• Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence, challenge and build trust quickly.
• Commercially minded with the ability to link hiring decisions to broader business goals.
• Resilient, agile and energized by fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment.
